TELCO COPPER PLATES AND RODS FOR SINKING EDM. We have Telco (C145) plates and round for Sinking EDM applications avaible for next day delivery. EDM Telco copper is an easy to machine material for sinker EDM applications. As an electrode material, Telco performs extremely well. However, EDM Telco offers the distinct advantage to be 90% machinable comparatively to regular C110 copper. Telco Electrodes can be machined much faster and easier compared to regular copper free of burr.

Compared to copper, graphite offers a number of advantages that benefit the entire process chain of molding and forging tool manufacture. These advantages significantly reduce the cost of tools manufactured by electrical discharge machining, while maintaining or even enhancing quality standards.
